Issue with DVelop Combo with keys of type Character Issue 2360

When an attribute or variable with type 'Character' had its 'Control Type' as 'DVelop Combo' and displayed other attribute as Descriptions, the description was not properly loaded in some cases (for example, when entering in update mode of a transaction, as the field had to load automatically).
