First time in the machine

After following the steps mentioned in Setup and when it is the first time the following window will be displayed:

The WorkWithPlus 10.1.12 Setup wizard's final page reads "Installation completed successfully" with the WorkWithPlus logo, checkboxes for "Open WorkWithPlus Help" and "Open GeneXus License Manager" both checked, and Cancel, Back, and Finish buttons, powered by DVelop.

If you already have the WorkWithPlus licenses authorized in the Protection Server of your company, the process is complete.

If you want to install the WorkWithPlus licenses in the Protection Server of you company, you have to follow the steps below:

  1. GeneXus Protection Server
  2. Request License

If you want to install the WorkWithPlus licenses in the GeneXus License Manager of your machine, you have to follow the steps below:

  1. Open the GX License Manager (by clicking Finish when the checkbox 'Open GeneXus License Manager' is marked
  2. Request License

You will manage your licenses through GX License Manager or GX Protection Server so you will be able to uninstall and transfer the licenses using a very similar mechanism to GeneXus.

The GeneXus License Manager window lists product authorizations in a table with columns Product, Version, Status, Start/End Date, Copies, Run Level, and Restriction; a red box highlights the WorkWithPlus row (All GeneXus versions) with Status "Not authorized", next to the Authorize... button.
