Grid attribute with tags and 'Dynamic variables for Cond. Formatting"

Issue 13004

When having a List object with an attribute that has Tags that mentions in its condition a variable added to 'Dynamic variables for Conf. Formatting', the user cannot configure the dynamic variable at run-time.

'Create from current layout' of Web Panel with actions do not reference appropriate existent events

Issue 13003

When having a Web Panel created manually (without WorkWithPlus) and using the 'Create from current layout' functionality, if the Web Panel has an action, the event of that action is not associated with the corresponding action created by WorkWithPlus.

AI Improvements

Intent-based navigation now also has the ability to navigate to the Transaction to insert a new record (without pre-initializing data), update or delete a record.
