Grid reorder in Grid with Rating column

When having a Grid that contains a column with a User Control as 'Control type' (e.g. rating or switch), the grid cannot be reordered at run-time.

Transaction grid level item with Extended Combo and error message

When having a Transaction grid level item with Extended Combo and an error message over an attribute in the parent level (root), if the user accesses the page and presses the Save button, the page gets freezes and the following message is displayed in the explorer console:

Popover in grid item in a grid without resizing or reordering

Issue 12780

When having the properties Allow Reordering, Allow Resize and Allow Restore Defaults in false and a Popover over a grid item, the popover doesn't open.
