SDT multi-level Support

From this version onwards, WorkWithPlus for Web supports adding a Web Panel based on an SDT with multiple nested levels. In previous versions, it allowed to do so, but the grid with the collection was not added.

GeneXus structure view of SDT (SDTID, SDTName, Level1 with Level1Item containing SDT1Level1ID/Name) is shown alongside WebPanel1's WorkWithPlus for Web pattern applied via Transaction template. The pattern tree, based on template Transaction, shows TableMain with Panel: General Information (SDT1.SDT1ID, SDT1.SDT1Name), TableLeafLevel_Level1 with GridLevel_Level1 containing Standard Actions (DeleteGridLine, AddGridLine), and an Action Group with Enter/Cancel standard actions. The right preview panel shows a General Information form.
