Filter based on an attribute with a custom 'Initial value' in its definition

When having a filter (title filter, dynamic or regular) based on an attribute with a custom 'Initial value' in its definition, the filter inherits that initial value as a default value and should not.

When having a grid with a fixed column and the horizontal scroll moved to the end, if the user presses the Next button to change the grid page, the fixed column is no longer fixed.
