Action to Move a specific Event Block to Global event block

With this new feature you can move an Event Block from any template to Global Event Block.

The WorkWithPlus pattern settings editor is open on Selection - Selection (11) under the Transaction template (Main) tab, showing a tree with TableHeader actions (Insert, Export, ExportReport, EditColumns), TableFilters, an Error viewer, a Grid with Update/Delete actions, and an Events and Subs section. The Properties panel on the right shows the selected "Event Start (EventBlockName)" block, with Type set to Event, Event/Sub Name set to Start, Code set to "LoadWWPContext.Call(&WWPCo...", and Position set to Top.
