WorkWithPlus for VideoCall license is independent of the used platform's license (e.g. Sinch Platform key)

In order to request a WorkWithPlus for VideoCall license, the GeneXus license manager must be used.

This license is valid for WorkWithPlus for VideoCall 4 Upgrade #1, or higher versions. If you require a license for an older version, please skip this part and go to the last section of this document.

Request the license

• In case you already have the WorkWithPlus for VideoCall licenses authorized in the Protection Server of your company, the process is complete.   
• In case you want to install the WorkWithPlus for VideoCall licenses in the Protection Server of your company, you have to follow the steps below:
          1- Install the DVelop Protection Server - GX Protection Server Add-in
          2- Request the license by the GX Protection Server
• In case you want to install the WorkWithPlus for VideoCall licenses in the GeneXus License Manager of your machine, you have to follow the steps below:
          1- Open the GX License Manager (by clicking Finish when the checkbox 'Open GeneXus License Manager' is marked)
          2- Request the license by the GeneXus License Manager

Trial limitations

A trial mode can be enabled in both web and native mobile.

This trial mode allows video calls of up to 60 seconds. After that, the video call will be terminated.

WorkWithPlus for VideoCall 3 license

Older versions of the product require a different Key, that cannot be requested using the GeneXus license manager.
