Logs improvements
When the user does not have a webcam, a log is displayed in the console.
Also, several cases of internal logs were added.
Trial license support
Support for trial licenses was added.
The trial license allows the user to use video calls for up to 1 minute.
Default responsive support
The default style was modified to adapt to small screens.
This style can be overridden using GeneXus theme classes.
