Vertical Tabs (v14 Upgrade #3)

In Upgrade # 3, WorkWithPlus for Web incorporates the possibility to display the Tabs vertically.

Generated web page titled Person (data separated in vertical tabs) with a breadcrumb Data display & entry > Entry layouts > Tabs, a left vertical tab menu with General Information, Additional Information and Email, and a right-hand form showing Id, First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Nickname, Birth Date, Hobby and State fields with Confirm and Cancel buttons.

 

In order to use this new style of Tabs, the value 'Vertical Tabs' was added on the property 'Type' of Tabs Node. 

In the GeneXus IDE, the Country transaction's WorkWithPlus for Web structure tree has its VerticalTabs node highlighted, with a red arrow pointing to the Properties panel where Type is set to VerticalTabs (dropdown also lists Tabs and Wizard). The preview pane on the right shows a General Information panel with Id and Name fields above a City tab.
