From the Web Panel of Roles of GAM, you will visualize a new action in the grid which are the subscriptions. In that action, the administrator will subscribe to notifications to all the end-users that have that role. 

The subscriptions available are the ones that 'Applies to' any record, and also the 'User defined Notifications'.
