The purpose of Fixed Filters node is to add filters with the same look & feel as the dynamic filters but they are filters that are always visible (like the ones you add in Table nodes).

So, if you need to have some filters that are always visible and you also have dynamic filters, you could add a FixedFilter's node and inside it add the filters you want to be always visible.
