The Dynamic Forms handle versions, which work as follows:

• When a Dynamic Form is created, this form will have version number 1.
• When a Dynamic Form is updated, there are two possible scenarios:
  • If someone has filled this form or is filling it out at this moment, a new version of this Dynamic Form will be created. So, the previously filled-out forms will remain on the version that they were filled.
  • If there were no instantiations of this Dynamic Form, it will be updated with the current version number.
• Each filled-out form stores the version in which was filled out.

When you navigate to the List of Dynamic Forms, there is an option to visualize its filled-out Forms. If the filled form has a version that is not current, a tag appears:
