In order to upgrade your KB to WorkWithPlus for VideoCall 4, simply follow the new installation process.

This will automatically update WorkWithPlus for VideoCall user controls.

In case WorkWithPlus for VideoCall is used for the Web platform, we recommend users to also update the WorkWithPlus for VideoCall module. In order to update the module, the user must manually import the "DVSinchClientWebResources.xml" file which includes the user control's resources.
