Android library reference to Sinch framework was updated to avoid conflicts uploading applications to the Google Play Store.

An error was fixed that was causing iOS Applications to crash, due to an internal rename on the new Sinch iOS SDK. This issue did not affect older Sinch iOS SDK installations.

Web retries if 'Service Worker' not ready
When the Web SDK is initialized, it will retry up to 3 times in the case that the "Service Worker" is not running.

Android application stopping when the User Control was initialized multiple times
